Send a photo of the room and its rough size, and which way the outside wall faces. We recommend a BTU size and a unit, and quote the unit and installation separately. On the day the indoor and outdoor units are mounted, the pipe run is kept short and hidden where possible, the system is vacuumed and pressure tested, and the unit is commissioned and shown to you before we leave.
